The issue has now been resolved. We experienced an elevated amount of worker timeouts due to faulty configuration which has now been amended.

We have identified the cause of the issue and have implemented a fix. We are monitoring the services to ensure stability.

We are investigating an elevated amount of timeout errors via our API which is affecting the portal and tracker. Jobs that are not submitted successfully will be automatically resubmitted when this issue is resolved.

We are aware of some services either taking longer than usual to load or currently not being accessible. We are looking into this fix.
